BOOKING POLICY

BOOK YOUR CHOICE OF PACKAGES WITH 50% OF THE TOTAL PACKAGE AMOUNT. MINIMUM OF 50% OF THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID TO BOOK THE PACKAGE AND FOR CONFIRMATION OF THE PACKAGE. AFTER THE PAYMENT OF BOOKING AMOUNT, NEXT PAYMENT SHOULD BE CLEARED WITHIN
IN 3 DAYS OF BOOKING.

IF THE PACKAGE INCLUDES HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, TO GET THE HOTEL CONFIRMATION 80% OF THE PAYMENT SHOULD BE COMPLETED.

 

ANY CONFIDENTIAL MAILS OF HOTELS AND COMPANY OR TOUR
OPERATORS AND COMPANY WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THE CLIENTS. HOTEL CONFIRMATION VOUCHERS WILL BE SENT TO THE CLIENT IF NEEDED, ONLY THROUGH COMPANY OFFICIAL EMAIL.

COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SEASONAL. CHANGES IN THE DESTINATION DUE ON – SEASON LAND RATES ARE VARY BASED ON SEASON. NATURAL DISTURBANCES OCCURRING IN DESTINATION IS NOT COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY, ANY ALTERNATIONS POSSIBLE CAN BE CHOSEN.

CASH RECEIPT WILL BE SENT AFTER EVERY PAYMENT TO THE CLIENT. ANY INVOICE OR BILLS WILL NOT
BE ISSUED TO THE CLIENTS.

MODE OF PAYMENT WILL VARY AS PER THE BOOKING TIMING OF THE CLIENT AND TOUR DATES AS
PER THE CURRENT SITUATION.

VOUCHERS OR CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY ENTRY TICKETS FOR CRUISE OR
FERRY TICKETS. ONCE BOOKED THE PACKAGE, THE CORRESPONDING TICKETS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE
CLIENTS ON THE ARRIVAL OF THE DESTINATION.

ANY BOOKINGS MADE BY THE TRAVELLER HIMSELF, COMPANY won’t BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT.

ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CLAIMS WILL BE PROVIDED ON SPECIAL REQUEST.

BOOKING WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 24 HRS OF THE PAYMENT.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION OF THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BEFORE 72HRS OF ARRIVAL AT THE
DESTINATION
HOWEVER, CANCELLATION DOES NOT PROMISE THE REFUND OF AMOUNT AS IT VARIES WITH CURRENT
SITUATION.
CANCELLATION POLICY MUTUALLY COMMUTES WITH HOTEL POLICY. IF THE HOTELS ARE NOT
REFUNDING THE AMOUNT ACCORDING to THEIR POLICY, THE COMPANY DOES NOT ASSURE FOR THE
REFUND.

COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE PACKAGE IN CASE OF ANY NON COOPERATION OF THE CLIENT BASED ON THE PAYMENT OF MONEY, UNDER DISCUSSED CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE CLIENT.

BOOKING WILL CANCELLED IF THE CLIENT IS NOT PAYING THE MONEY ON TIME OR EXCEPTIONAL AMOUNT( SEASONAL CHANGES IN RATES OF CRUISE/VEHICLE/HOTEL BY THE OWNERS RESPECTIVELY)AS COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN RATES.

REFUND POLICY
REFUND FOR THE PACKAGE BOOKED WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ARRIVAL DATES ARE LESS THAN 5
DAYS.
CRUISE/FERRY/ ENTRY/ ACTIVITY TICKETS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

ON CANCELLATION BEFORE 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL 30 % OF THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED (HOTEL POLICY, TICKET POLICY IS CONSIDERED TO BE ACTIVE AND APPLICABLE HERE.)
REFUND WILL NOT BE DONE FOR THE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS MADE ON TOUR OR BEFORE
TOUR WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE CLIENT. ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENT THAT IS REQUIRED SHOULD
BE PAID BY THE CLIENT IF THAT PARTICULAR REQUIREMENT IS REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT.
AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY SIGHTSEEING THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN AS PROMISED BY THE
CUSTOMER AGENT.
AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE TOUR OPERATORS HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THE VEHICLES.

AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 10-15 WORKING DAYS FROM DATE OF CANCELLATION.
